My Experiences In My First Summer Camp
Due to the COVID Pandemic from the starting of March 2020 - students were getting bored as they couldn't go out for schools, play or anything else because of the lockdown. I was also getting restless but now I have got used with it. The days were passing of and suddenly I got to see an article printed on the newspaper. It stated the start of a summer camp organized by 'IIM - Gandhinagar. Ahmedabad and it was joinable by all students from Class 8-12. So I decided to spend my time by not just sitting but attending this camp which would also help me gain a lot of knowledge.
In the camp we were to be taught subjects outside our regular school syllabus which is a 'Brain Storming' session and organized to liven and freshen up our ideas. The camp started on 29th July Friday with first the 'Inaguration Class' followed up by the 'Origin of Thinking Lesson'. Professors from foreign like USA also taught us during this camp.

I Liked the 'Creative You' session because Sharmita mam was jolly and taught us how to enjoy studies. She was also doing fun sometimes and telling her life stories which would teach us something. She also taught us how to be creative on our own and what does it actually means.
I also liked the session 'Gender and Body' because the teacher taught in a very different manner- through movie clips which shocked me. I also enjoyed the session taking out the points of studies which we never noticed while watching a movie. She was also very gentle and taught us very nicely.
Atlast I would like to say, I enjoyed all sessions more or less. These camp was a really brain storming session for me and I would look forward to more ones like this. I got refreshed getting to learn some new things apart from our studies which would definitely benefit us in future.
