 They are the greatest chokers in the cricket history. They never have even also have not played a final. They can't take pressure. Also luck was a major cause In the year 1992 the semi-finals was played between SA vs AUS. South Africa had easily won the match if played fairly. But then came RAIN! After using the 'DLS' system the target came that 27 was needed in only 1 ball. And in 2007 they had the best team ever-Greame Smith, AB Devilliers, Jaques Kalis, Hahim Amla and Dale Steyn.Still they didn't win.

ENGLAND-

 WOW! The father and inventor of 'cricket', still no 50 over World Cup. They have played many finals but not won any. There is no greater sad country in the world than 'England'. They were favourites in many tournaments but not won it still having the advantage of playing many WC's in their own country.

There is a problem in India. Why Rishabh Pant is not there in the world cup, DK is in the place of him.

Rishabh Pant has 401 runs in this IPL in 14 matches with a strike rate of 157.87 and average of 36.45,  HR-78*.

In that place DK is nothing in front of him.

Dinesh Karthik who has 253 runs in 14 matches with SR of 146.24 and a disaapointing average of 31.62, HR-97* is noting in front of talented,game changer,young R Pant.

Rishabh Pant is an unbelievable game changer. So I didn't understand why Rishabh was kept out of the world cup by taking Dk whose runs are 148 lesser than him only because of his wicket keeping.
