After using the 'DLS' system the target came that 27 was needed in only 1 ball. And in 2007 they had the best team ever-Greame Smith, AB Devilliers, Jaques Kalis, Hahim Amla and Dale Steyn.Still they didn't win.
ENGLAND-
WOW! The father and inventor of 'cricket', still no 50 over World Cup. They have played many finals but not won any. There is no greater sad country in the world than 'England'. They were favourites in many tournaments but not won it still having the advantage of playing many WC's in their own country.
